Refund policy

At Flõwan Studio, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition — free from signs of use, damage, or alteration.

As our pieces are handmade, please note that natural variation in texture, colour, and finish are characteristics of the craft, not defects. We include a colour disclaimer on all product listings to help set accurate expectations.

To start a return, please contact us at sian@flowanstudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Change of mind / unwanted item: Return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
Faulty or incorrect item: We will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us first and we'll arrange this for you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
