Processing time All Flõwan Studio pieces are readymade and ready to ship, except if you request a bespoke item or commission. As all my products are handmade, we'll discuss lead times for bespoke/commission work with you directly.
Please allow 2 working days for your Readymade orders to be prepared before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
Delivery — UK

Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or lost orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sian@flowanstudio.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
