Dance!

Handcrafted from sections of alpaca wool, added to my usual wool for extra softness and warmth. Bursting with movement and colour, Dance! is a texture-rich piece.

A swirling composition of abstract forms in deep teal blue, magenta, hot pink, lilac, blush, cream and black. The design combines loop pile and cut pile techniques, with deep cuts used to carve out shape and contrast between areas. It was a long carving session to create this one! 

The result is a rug that feels as expressive as it looks: lively, layered, and a standout. It's soft underfoot yet durable for everyday use. You can also hang it using the loops on the back.
